| Story Time
Story Time for Tots is a program designed for children age 2-5. No registration
is necessary. We will post the times and dates in the Library Kid's
of the Kingdom Day Care Center is visited monthly. We rotate materials
for use in the Day Care Center regularly. We read stories during these
visits. Christ Lutheran School is visited monthly during the school
year. We rotate material for use in the classrooms regularly. We read
stories during these visits in the lower elementary classroom.
Easter Egg Hunt
The Saturday before Easter Sunday, the Library sponsors an egg hunt
for children of the area. We hold the hunt on the Library grounds. We
will announce the event in local newspapers and at the local elementary
schools.
Summer Reading Program
We hold the Summer Reading Program during
summer vacation for all readers in Grade 6 and younger. Preschool children
and toddlers may participate. Details are available at the library. |
